Our Quoting Tool Module will allow your sales teams to easily generate quotes for your warehouse services with the knowledge and oversight that ensures they’re not quoting a service below cost. 

Because we track labor for all activities, the system will safeguard your quoting activities by requiring a manager’s override approval on any service quoted below cost.

We take quoting a step further and allow you to create questionnaires that your sales reps must fill out in order to generate the quote.  The use of a Questionnaire will ensure that all your T’s are crossed and I’s dotted.   With our system, you can also send the questionnaire to the prospective client and have them respond to your questions. 

And finally, the system will incorporate the rate sheet and contract terms, and package it up into a very professional proposal template that will impress your prospects.
